France 1989 Platinum 5 Francs minted to commemorate 100-th Anniversary of the Eiffel Tower. Out of original mintage of 3,000 pcs. at later time 1,800 pieces were melted by MTB Banking. Comes in NGC slab, graded as PF-69 Ultra Cameo. Unlike similar silver coins it has "Pt" (Platinum) letters on the coin.
